About Us

Kari Wafstet was born and raised in Minnesota and earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration – Management from the University of Wisconsin‑River Falls. In 2012, she relocated to the great state of Montana in search of a fresh adventure. Since then, she and her husband, Travis, have grown their family to six—adopting three children and welcoming a youngest biological child—demonstrating their commitment, compassion and ability to embrace joyful chaos.

That same adaptability and eagerness to pivot from one task to the next serve Kari well in the demanding world of property management. Motivated by her own experience with foster-care adoption, she remains deeply committed to giving back to the community through her service on the Foster Care Review Committee. Her connection to the nonprofit The Mayfly Project (a 501(c)(3) that mentors foster-youth via fly-fishing) speaks to her dedication not just to homes and properties—but to people, families and purpose.

Professionally, Kari obtained her Property Management license in 2013, followed by her Real Estate license in 2017. With over a decade of hands-on experience, a solid legal grounding and a dependable vendor network, she’s passionate about collaborating with owners, tenants and vendors alike—always focused on creating safe, well-managed homes and delivering prompt, transparent communication.
